Who should I contact if I have a question about data classification or need to confirm if I can share specific data with internal or outside parties?

At the highest level, data is classified as Public, Sensitive, and Proprietary. Sensitive data is also referred to as personally identifiable (PI, PII), personal health (PHI), and personal banking (PAN). Proprietary data includes our intellectual property, financial data, pricing, and strategic plan. If you have questions, please email privacy@theiia.org.
